Scoutbook Setup
Please extend Scoutbook access to your Scout(s), if not already done so. This will allow for your Scout to personally manage and visually track their progress for Rank, Merit Badges and other Awards.
NOTE: Only a parent or guardian may grant a Scout access to Scoutbook. All communication to a Scout, through Scoutbook, automatically copies the parent/guardian to ensure no one-on-one Leader/Scout contact.
3) Once on your Scout's page, click on "Edit Profile"
4) Scroll to the bottom of the page, click "Invite Scout to Connect" and enter the Scout's email address.
5) Your Scout will receive an email invite similar to the following, including their username and password.
6) Once your Scout has logged into Scoutbook for the first time, they should download the "Scouting" app (from Apple or Google store). This app will allow them to more easily access their BSA profile, Unit calendar, load dates for completed requirements sign-off, etc.
